Ted Graham
Principal - GM Ventures
Ted Graham is a Principal with GM Ventures. Ted also holds the position of Head of Open Innovation based at GM’s Canadian Technical Centre (CTC).
His work has encompassed partnering with startups, incubators/accelerators, VCs and academia to accomplish GM’s vision of zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion. GM and CTC have been recognized for their active role as an early customer and collaborator with the Canadian tech ecosystem.
Prior to joining GM, Ted was a media entrepreneur and advised a multitude of industries on strategy and innovation as a management consultant while at PWC and McKinsey. He is also the author of The Uber Of Everything and a frequent speaker about disruptive innovation and the power of partnering between large and small companies.
Ted is an established angel investor in the Canadian tech sector and a long-standing partner/mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab. He is a board member of Propel, Atlantic Canada’s virtual accelerator.
He holds an MBA from Queen’s university and a BA from the University of Toronto.
